1.Preparing new bikers' guide-book for Posočje –
the 5th
bikers' book. The river Isonzo flows into the sea in Italy, changing its gender
from the Slovenian feminine 'Soča' into Italian masculin form. The emerald green
Soča with its unique shape and colour! I am trying to find the less traffic
roads, yet still passable, with many natural characteristics, and numerous
battle remains of the World War I. I might publish the book by muself in a retro
form, two-colour print, dedicated to the heroes of the W.W.I – who painted the
Soča in 'red' for a while. The book may be issued by spring 2009.

Have you read or seen the
last issued book Istra na dveh
kolesih (Istria on two wheels), published
by DZS in December 2004? It comprises 33 bike trips, mostly for MTB across wild
and beautiful Istria, from Ilirska Bistrica to Pula, far from roads full of
tourists in cars... As sponsor of the book. Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d. marked
one of the described trails in Slovenian Istria as 'olive path', but most of the
plates are missing already.

The journalist for 'Naš časopis', a
monthly paper free of charge for all households in the communities of Borovnica,
Dobrova-Polhov Gradec, Horjul, Vrhnika and Log-Dragomer.
